This course was well-organized and presented by a knowledgeable professional. I appreciated this webinar because I work in an early childhood center and oftentimes, children are initially identified with disabilities at our level. We have experienced tense meetings with parents who are grieving, angry, disappointed, etc. Having the skills to work with families experiencing high amounts of stress/anxiety/anger, is incredibly valuable.
