SLP needed for summer coverage in St.Croix, Wisconsin.

Required Qualifications
SLP will cover :
93453 Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at St Croix (TCU/SNF)
91388 Good-Sam Home Care at St Croix (Home Health contract)
96683 St Croix Health (Acute care hospital; covers VFSS, esophageal exams, in-patients, and out-patients)
