• Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Full-Time | Part-Time | Per Diem (PRN)
$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Come join a fast-growing private Speech Therapy clinic located in Central New York (CNY)! We are a medical specialty clinic providing speech therapy services to both pediatric and adult populations in a supportive, collaborative, clinic-based environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one speech therapy services in a private clinic setting
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Conduct evaluations and interpret speech, language, fluency, voice, cognitive, and swallowing assessments (including MBS results when applicable)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Complete timely and accurate documentation (evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries)
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies and therapeutic goals

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Completion of the Praxis Exam
• Current or pending state licensure
• Ability to work afternoons and/or Saturdays

Schedule:

• Flexible hours based on therapist preference
• Opportunities to maintain part-time/per diem caseload or transition to full-time
