ATX Learning is currently looking to hire an energetic, and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our school staff for the location in Daly City, CA. The SLP needs to provide designated support and services for students by identifying, assessing, planning, evaluating, and improving educational services to those individuals who demonstrate communicative difficulties. Job Responsibilities

  • Providing direct treatment to students with speech-language impairments
  • Conducting formal assessments
  • Collaborating with teachers to ensure that students meet the goals outlined in their IEPs
  • Providing individualized classroom strategies to facilitate specific communication skills
  • As aligned with our educational model, helping to collect, manage, and analyze academic data to track school performance and student achievement
  • Managing special projects as they relate to Special Education

Assignment Details

  • Assignment                : Full Time 
  • Case Load                  : To be discussed
  • Working Hrs.              : 32 to 38.5 Hrs. per week
  • Start Date                   : ASAP
  • End Date                    : June 2023
  • Grade                          : Pre K -12

Qualification

  • A Master's degree from an ASHA-accredited university
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competency with ASHA
  • A valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license
  • A minimum of one year of experience working as a school Speech-Language Pathologist
