I took both of the AAT courses because it is an interest of mine. They are good courses but the first one needs to be updated. One of the questions on the first course has an "all of the above" option. While I know that the ADA defines service animals as not being pets, in my personal experience with service dog owners, many refer to them as such. This, coupled with an option that "only dogs can be service animals" which is incorrect since mini horses are allowed, made me pick the wrong answer.

The question about making adaptations for immunocompromised individuals... It said in the presentation that you'd touch on how to address that, but it never came back around. Then, it was a test question. Did I miss something? I even consulted the transcript to see if I had spaced, and it was really only mentioned in the questions after the presentation. Even then, it was stated there wasn't a lot of evidence to support tv-style vs. zoom.
