Discussion includes the ways in which yoga can help children feel more connected to their goals and work, find calm in the sessions, and have a more holistic and mindful experience.

Jessi Andricks is a speech-language pathologist and yoga teacher. She earned her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Medical University of South Carolina in 2008, and has been teaching yoga and mindfulness classes for over a decade. She is also an Integrative health coach and combines these to focus on stress management for speech therapists and other helping professionals. She has presented at state and national conferences, as well as in-services for clinics, hospitals, and schools. Jessi hosts the “SLP Stress Management Podcast” and runs the site jessiandricks.com, where she offers coaching and courses on stress management, including “The Resilient SLP”
