This course was excellent for the many demonstrations, examples etc. It really resonated for me, as I am retired and volunteering in my grandson's second grade classroom, where screen time is predominant with attention/behavior issues constant. I will definitely share this info. Several of the books I have used for years in Early Intervention, but I am so excited to expand my library now. This course also encouraged me to continue my mindfulness awareness and practice.

The sited research studies will be valuable in justifying the use of this technique in therapy sessions. The examples provided and the clearly defined method for organizing and incorporating these techniques into my sessions will help me to quickly begin to apply this new information in therapy.

I already use books in my sessions to spark kids’ imagination—it's a great tool. This course is phenomenal; I’m getting fresh ideas to add to my yoga toolkit. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
