Finally, a course with immediate, practical usage - such a rarity. The best part is confirmation that something I have instinctually done for the better part of 30 years is right - incorporate literature. I've done this as a school SLP, a PPCD and Pre-K teacher, and I still do this in pediatric home health.

This was a helpful course that had real examples of addressing literacy in speech therapy sessions. Very applicable and easy to use these ideas. Love that she explained why speech pathologists should be involved in reading comprehension.
