I finished grad school in 1995. Many of these concepts were researched and later taught in grad school courses after that year that I graduated. I have heard Tier 2 vocabulary words mentioned frequently in seminars for work with vocabulary with no or very poor explanations of what Tier 2 words were. I appreciate the clarity of that and of the other concepts taught in this session which will help with my elementary students and also with a student that is older and working on her reading comp.

Very informative and practical presentation!
