This course focuses on changes and new/unique items in the Outcome and Assessment Information Set, Version E (OASIS-E) data collection process. Official guidance sources are explored to ensure accuracy of information. Topics of discussion include connections to social determinants of health and care planning, medication handoff procedures, and high-risk drug classes.
Please note this is not a full OASIS training. This course focuses on the current OASIS E data collection process.
