The presenter was knowledgeable and communicated how to effectively collaborate with other professionals. She explicitly stated what is involved with collaborating and the different types of collaboration during instruction, i.e. co-teaching, parallel teaching, one teaches, one observes, and station teaching. I appreciated that she described when each type of collaboration would be beneficial, and how frequently each type should be used. It was an interesting and informative presentation.

My school is about to start a co-teaching model, but with a general ed teacher and a special ed teacher. I can use this information and make sure I am always collaborating with the academic coursework instead of just doing my own language-based foundational skills to address student skills and needs. This was very informative.
