Sonia Sethi-Kohli, MS, CCC-SLP
Sonia Sethi Kohli, MS, CCC-SLP is a multilingual Speech-Language Pathologist and Professional Communication Coach who has served in a variety of settings/roles with extensive clinical and corporate SLP experience of approximately 20 years. Prior to establishing her private practice, she spent years in a variety of medical/healthcare settings and was also a consultant to educational institutions. Ms. Sethi Kohli has presented on various SLP topics to local, national, and international SLP/healthcare/educational/business entities. She has served as a Clinical Supervisor/Educator in multiple settings, and has had appointments as an instructor and faculty member in Graduate SLP and SLP-A programs. She also previously served as a consultant and authored several bilingual treatment tools for a speech-language pathology publishing company.
Ms. Sethi Kohli currently owns and operates her private practice in the greater Chicago area which has two distinct divisions – one offering clinical SLP services, and the other offering corporate SLP/professional communication training services. In her clinical division, Global Speech and Swallow, LLC, Ms. Sethi Kohli provides speech-language/cognitive-communicative/feeding-swallowing/voice-airway diagnostic and therapeutic interventions to culturally & linguistically diverse patient populations ranging from infancy through geriatric. In her corporate SLP division, The Global Speech Suite, LLC, Ms. Sethi Kohli specializes in providing individuals and organizations with customized training programs focusing on accent modification, presentation skills/public speaking, leadership communication/executive presence, cross-cultural communication, interview skills, and more. Ms. Sethi Kohli also currently serves as President of CORSPAN [The Corporate Speech Pathology Network], a non-profit professional organization for Corporate Speech Trainers that share their background and training in Speech-Language Pathology.
