Research was very vague, "have shown to improve". Test questions were a bit confusing as all therapies mentioned claimed to improve the same areas, i.e. "personhood", self esteem, etc. so difficult to narrow to a specific response. Also, I was expecting more of a "how to" as far as functional implementation.
