Many times I want to write something but feel I may sound trite. This information hits home. I have always said to see what a person can do not what they cannot do. We all have value and are important. Saying 'I can't do it' or 'it's too hard' doesn't help, I ask them to try. It doesn't matter how many times you try, because when you do finally get it, it will feel good and you will feel successful. Then you will to try again. It helps build self esteem sometimes lacking when feeling different.
