Whoa! This course hits home in so many ways and that's why it is excellent. The presenter had very good and clear definitions of various terms with great examples, she had great slides that were easy to follow and understand, and her personal story to hit home about self-care and compassion fatigue really helped me see how important it is for myself. I am so recommending this to a friend that needs this course right now. Thank you!

This is a course that was extremely relatable. As providers, we deal with so much more than just therapy nowadays. It can be exhausting or cause burnout because you sometimes are teaching parents how to parent. This course taught me what I can do and what my employers can do to benefit their employees.

I feel that the information was excellent and definitely necessary for folks in helping professions. But I found the instructor's presentation manner to be difficult to listen to for an entire hour. Also, while I'm sure that it took great courage and strength for her to go into such detail about her Aunt's murder, I think that it was unnecessary to describe the entire scene. Had she stopped at 'my Aunt was brutally murdered' and continued the class material from there it would have been fine
