This course gave wonderful ideas on how to have successful sessions while providing teletherapy. I was so nervous when I provided my first session via teletherapy. Engagement was difficult, and scheduling around family work and family time was hard. The order of therapy sessions is very helpful. I have used Epic Books, and Boom Cards. I am going to try Virtual Field Trips with literacy activities included.

The course outlines key strategies for working effectively with autistic students in a virtual setting. This includes setting up the environment, engaging students, identifying useful resources, training parents, and summarizing sessions to reinforce understanding and collaboration. The course is beneficial because it provides clear teletherapy strategies, engages parents as active partners, and comes from a credible, practical source with strong peer feedback making it a reliable resource.
