When I saw Montessori I thought it would be about teens, but decided to review this anyway. This is a new way of looking at care for elders in facilities - one that I hope will become more common before I need care. I have read of some homes who call this person-centered care green care.

It is a good intro to Montessori for seniors. The facility that I work at is currently through the bronze and silver milestones in becoming an accredited Montessori facility through CARD, and I am one of the internal trainers, so the information wasn’t new for me, but I wanted to take this course to see more perspectives on it. I’d love to see a more in-depth approach as we are at the level of internal programming and sustainability of what we have done thus far.
