The learning outcomes did reflect what I learned in the course, and the information was clear and easy to read and follow. It was a good review of concepts (e.g., bilingual language development) about which I had previously learned. However, I expected this course to provide more practical, concrete suggestions and approaches about the complexity that can be bilingual service delivery.
