I was wary going into this CEU, but the presenter was very thoughtful in her information and presenting why Gen Z as a generation has certain qualities. This is 100% the best CEU I have taken on supervision and working with students. As a millennial myself who was born in 1995 and therefore very close to gen z (I often associate with the term Zillenial) I related myself to much of what Amanda said about gen z and wish I had had supervisors and instructors who had seen a presentation like this. Now I will be taking on CFs and students to mentor and will be able to apply these strategies, along with utilizing these tips with my clients.

This was fantastic. I slowed down and really read every word, even had to Google a few times. The only negative was the omission of the fact that there is a huge Gen Z population who has withdrawn from higher learning, pursuit of career, and even general employment. They are riddled with anxiety and lack initiation.
