The title was a bit misleading. The context focused primarily on cognitive intervention in a group setting based on a planned program. Hoping for more intervention relevant for a 1:1 intervention. Also hoped for more ideas of strategies to use and examples of the strategies.

The information is just slightly related to my specific work as an SLP but it is extremely relevant to my life and those who I know since so pertinent to all brain functioning and especially to the seniors in my life. MCI could be a next focus of mine as an SLP. Who knows? The presentation was well structured and included lots of research for the subject. The speaker talked from the notes which is not quite as engaging as when speakers talk extemporaneously and give specific client examples. Overall very good and interesting.

I didn't think the course organization was effective (jumped from study to study without connecting the information in each one); the speaker read the slides with little elaboration, I could read the slides--I look for a little more information from the presenter when I do a video course than just what's on the slides. This course would better as a written manuscript CEU course option in my opinion.
