Lori O’Hara is the Skilled Reimbursement Resource for Ensign Services, where she supports operationalizing interdisciplinary systems for clinical service delivery and reimbursement. She also oversees the organization’s documentation monitoring systems and ADR and Appeals response. She spent many years as a Director of Rehabilitation and treating clinician in the skilled nursing sector and spent two years as a treating clinician for the National Health Service in southern England. She is a master documentation trainer and has presented and trained nationally on documentation and regulatory topics.
