Extremely important information! It has become an epidemic that has effected a whole generation. It impacts so many things as a child and then a bigger problem as an adult with all sorts of difficulties because of the dopamine seeking and higher levels required. It;s actually reaaly sad. Parents need this information.

I liked the presenter's delivery. I would have like to see more studies maybe some graphs included and more statistics on Autism. It would be interesting to include or ask about the opinion of many Autistic adults who say screen time is an important regulation tool and should not be limited or that Autistic children should set thier own limits.

I love learning about the development of children. Now that I have my own, its so important for me to understand the science of what is happening in my childs brains so that I can best support their development all the way through their adolescent years. It was very factual and informative. I do need to go back and take notes so that it can actually stick in my brain and I can share the information to educate others on what has blessed me. Education is so powerful and I regret taking it so light
