The information was relevant, clinically practical and provided resources for daily therapy goal setting and treatment. The only problem was the final question on test provided multiple answer that she deemed as correct. (1,2,3). It was unclear as to which was considered the top choice.

ENJOYED this course! Loved that you listed assessment tools, tx to focus on, & sample goals. Also loved your analogies, examples, & your sharing of your experiences. Further loved your allowing for questions, & your addressing questions. Please forgive my nit-picking here: It's not the schwa vowel 3rd syllable that's missing in your pronunciation of "literature"; it's the "er" part of the word that's missing. Sounds like "litature" when you say it. Please pronounce it even though others don't.

This course was a wonderful summary of all of the information I have learned and used in my 40 + years as a SLP; it is what I enjoy about being a medical SLP. Very comprehensive; filled with neuroanatomy, assessments and some goal setting. Well done! I listened to Part 2 three xs commuting home from work.

I feel that, in our state, use of the BIMS to determine competency for self-advocacy and decision making is negligent and places our patients and others in the community at unnecessary risk. I believe that screening for RHD would decrease accidents and injuries in and out of the SNF/in-patient rehab setting.

The presenter provided practical and functional information I can use daily with patients I typically see in my SNF/LTC/OP settings. She discussed many assessment tools that I can look into as an addition to assessments I already use and gave ideas on ways to combine portions of assessments to get a better picture of a patient’s abilities. The information was thorough and presented in a way that maintained my interest. I will look for more of her presentations!

For me this presentation was not conducive to learning and able to hold my attention. I'm sure the presenter is expert in this field although I found there were too many words and comments provided, and in a monotone manner. In addition I found the chat box and questions posed by live audience attendees and the presenter providing answers disruptive. I would delete the aforementioned so SLP's taking this non-live course are not bombarded with information.
