I immediately sent this to other fellow SLPs. Courses like this are not offered enough to SLPs and can really improve our daily lives in a field that can lead to high stress and burnout. These were very valid and easily applicable solutions to the high stress we all feel.

This was truly an excellent course. It was comforting to know that I'm obviously not the only one trying to cram as much work as possible during the day, working through lunches, bringing work home, and becoming increasingly stressed. This course was excellent. It really makes me re-think the way I manage my time and workload. I really appreciate the info about batching, which could be really helpful. I'm also re-considering how the large amount of work-spillage into my everyday life is really harming me and in turn, my practice. And- I'm a little bummed that "crying in the car" was not listed as a current strategy for coping with stress. I do it, often. Maybe I won't as much after this course.
