Being in my 50’s and having a parent with Alzheimer’s, I’ve been concerned about cognitive changes for myself. This gave verbiage for those concerns. As an SLP, I haven’t wanted to admit it or talk about it, for fear of what people might think. This presentation provided excellent info to apply with clients and myself. It also gave me hope for if I do ever experience mild cognitive impairment, for which I’m at risk. Thank you to the presenter for this excellent presentation.

This was very good information for therapists who will be able to work with adults with Mild Cognitive Impairment. Very solid rationale and information with each learning outcome. I especially enjoyed the clinical discussion of how the instructor has been able to incorporate the points into her practice, and the information regarding effective use of strategies for both individual and group settings.
