In working in interprofessional and multidisciplinary sessions, there are bound to be many different personalities. This course provided a nice overview and examples of ways to maintain a peaceful work environment and especially ways to "check in with yourself" about situations and take active measures to ensure you are able to understand other perspectives and keep a situation from escalating.
