I liked the examples of the various ways to supervise and interact with the supervisee's. Often in our quest to supervise we forget that our supervisee's are human, as well as we are and sometimes we do have to take care of ourselves.

All of this information was new to me...I had no training on how to be a good supervisor and clearly remember being a supervisee with little direction and dialogue. So the different models was useful to see as well as the self evaluation process also.

I listened to the webinar & failed the exam on the 1st try; the questions didn’t reflect what I heard & rather reflected what was on the slides; this course is much harder to pass if you have reading impairment, are blind, or simply prefer the audio version. Once I saw the slides with the obvious alert that this slide was a test question (with highlighted/underlined answers), it made passing easier. The presentation didn’t adequately address Q1
