This was very helpful. As a clinical educator with some base knowledge, some was review, but the value conflict was really useful for me. I realised that by ignoring the subtle conflict, I may have inadvertently damaged some relationship and will seek to do better in the future at detecting and addressing it. Thanks!

I appreciate the emphasis on always viewing the CF or student in the best possible light. it's not how I was supervised at all in grad school. Most of the time my strengths weren't mentioned. I am excited for this model and to attempt to do things differently for my CF. Also, the deeper understanding of self-care is vital for all School-based clinicians and I am excited to be able to pass this information on to my CF.
