This course presents (and demonstrates) strategies for effective delegation and addresses barriers to delegation. It also shares a framework for developing one's own delegation mindset.

He currently has a consulting practice, Health Professions Leadership Resources, focused on advising leaders, providing training and support for lnterprofessional Education and Practice, and strategic planning.
