I am currently in burnout. Our company is eliminating positions. I used to do homecare visits on weekends for extra income for the same company. They have transitioned this to be part of my workday (double the workload) for less money. I have a history of anxiety disorder and being a people pleaser/workaholic. I have found your course very informative and helpful. I am navigating my way out of burnout and this course was very relative to my current situation. Thanks.
