I can't believe how much I enjoyed this course. This course made me understand the reasoning for how good decisions and not so great decisions are made as well as how to make more informed decisions. I felt validated in the way I make my clinical decisions and understand what I can do to make improvements, because, yes, she does give examples on how to make improvements. So helpful and I am looking forward to part 2.

The instructor had a calm, confident and relatable manner of presenting. The quotations across varying scopes of practice evoked critical thinking and introspective analysis of past and present experiences and allowed me to question my approaches towards future patient cases. There were philosophical references to reflect on and kept the lecture interesting and thought provoking. I really enjoyed the metacognitive lessons this lecture taught.

I loved this course and the discussion on what informs our decision-making. This is an excellent reminder to confront our biases, question what "we don't know we don't know," and to always be seeking AND challenging our own opinions and the information/conclusions we've drawn before all information has been viewed. Clinically, this is an important reminder to ensure our services are individualized and our diagnoses are accurate.
