Jessi Andricks is a speech-language pathologist, yoga teacher, and integrative health coach. She works with preschool and elementary-aged students as a speech-language pathologist and teaches weekly yoga and barre classes to adults.

Jessi earned her master's degree in speech therapy from the Medical University of South Carolina. She has also trained as an Integrative Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is an E-RYT 200 hr Yoga Teacher. She has written two books, "Detox 101" and "The Smoothie Life," and has been a contributor to publications like the ASHA Leader online, NSSHLA Blog, and Yoga Magazine.

She often speaks and writes about stress management and mindfulness, particularly for fellow speech-language pathologists, and offers resources and courses on the topic.
