This course was so good! I like how simple and clear the modified games and activities are. I think shared enjoyment is critical for us to foster in our students, and this course reminds us that is okay to make this an end goal (more than just rapport building it a backdrop for therapy).

Exactly what I was looking for. Ways to modify games, even I was getting frustrated with conversation turn taking. One of my students asked why he should have to talk, he Is a quiet guy. Silence and short and to the point are different was all I could think of at the time. Hopefully I've found a way to make his life more fun.

Good examples that can be used with a variety of students. My students are more advanced, but the ideas are good - looking at "typical" leisure activities and adapting them. If you haven't tried "Kids on Stage" by Briarpatch, you might want to take a look. A "charades" game with options and variations.
