Great information. I appreciated the overview of auditory processing areas and tasks to target these. The examples that were played were helpful. The first speaker was more difficult to hear, especially during the question and answer portion. She was not as clear with her explanations.

Love this topic. Working with CAPD children - not directly but as supervisor, couldn't understand how these same principles didn't apply to adults. Terminology a little confusing for me, but the presenters did a good job of attempting to explain.

It's so nice to see clinicians and researchers working with adults for APD. So much of the work has been geared around children and adults need it to for various diagnoses including concussions, TBI's, among many, as well as previously undiagnosed childhood issues.

It was interesting to hear a bit about this more specialized aspect of our field. I wanted some information on differential diagnostics since APD and Autism share some similar characteristics when it comes to noise sensitivity. I think this presentation also could have benefited from being a 2 part series because there was so much more information to cover. I still appreciated the presentation it just left me with some more questions!

Clear and well formulated from the beginning to the end of an assessment/treatment journey. Case studies were helpful. I had an instant loss of confidence though when the presenter was not familiar enough with the literature to name an investigator, lab, or key study that made a practice evidence based. I find it to be a huge problem in our field that we do things that are "evidence based" because we are told they are evidence based without ever really understanding the literature firsthand.
