Throughout my career in working with special needs children my school used several different models for us to follow, administration would change, then another model would start. Lots of useful and pertinent information (but perhaps too much in a 1 hour course - it may be more beneficial to have this broken into more than 1 hour so that the slp can really absorb information that is as important as writing goals at the variety of levels presented. Handouts are helpful for future, but a good handle on the material prior to closing out the CEU would have been helpful for me. Will have to re-watch several times to feel I have a good base to implement with patients/students

Too basic for me- probably my fault if it’s listed as beginner. FYI: Might want to rethink the Receptive vocabulary goal for. AAC. The goal as written response to “What’s this?” Would be Expressive Vocabulary, not Receptive. The child is having to label the picture which is an expressive skill even though they are pointing if you ask “What’s this?”
