This course was informative, insightful, and genuinely thought-provoking. It provided enough depth to spark curiosity while encouraging continued learning to become a more informed, skilled, thoughtful, and compassionate provider. The author’s personal testimony added an authentic, relatable element that brought realness to the content and made the learning experience especially impactful.

This was a really good overview of some skills that come with experience but are vital for anyone who supports a client and their family. We can't silo the feelings they are having to any time but speech/language therapy time so this awareness is important. It is also important to be aware of when to refer.
