Good overview with clear, succinct explanations of what looking at / for and why; might have been helpful to have used such distilled, straightforward info back during grad school placements (at the time felt like trying to absorb & infer w/ opaque criteria, all scattered and unwieldy, while juggling several classes, etc.)

As many courses as George Barnes offers, is as many courses of his that I will take, because they are excellent. It is such a relief to have a speech pathologist talk to other SLPs about trach and vent intervention. For most of my 30+ year career, this type of information has been provided by respiratory therapists, which is informative, yet not as applicable, guiding, functional, and practical in the way that this presenter does. thank you thank you thank you. everyone take his courses.
