Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist with Texas Special Education (SPED) experience ready to make a difference in students' lives? The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in La Porte, TX, delivering exceptional therapy services to schools on a full-time, school-based basis!

As our ideal candidate, you'll conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities, crafting and implementing individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings. You'll provide therapy services to students both individually and in group settings, collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' communication needs. Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary will be essential, alongside maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and progress reports.

**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Texas
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting, specifically in Special Education (SPED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
