As part of our mission to pave the way for childrenâs success worldwide, Therapy Source is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person services to elementary school students in Texas. This position is for the current school year, from March 2, 2026 â May 28, 2026.
Speech Language Pathologist Salary: $45â$47 per hour
Speech Language Pathologist Position Details:
- Full-Time
- Elementary school setting
- Open to CF-SLPs and CCC-SLPs
Speech Language Pathologist Qualification Requirements:
- Valid Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Texas school certification
- Current or eligible background clearances
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Speech Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
- Providing speech and language therapy services aligned with student educational goals
- Conducting evaluations and developing measurable treatment goals
- Developing, implementing, and supporting Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Participating in ARDs and collaborative meetings as required
- Delivering push-in services within classroom settings
- Maintaining accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records
