As part of our mission to pave the way for childrenâs success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking full-time or part-time Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for school students. These positions are for the current school year.
Speech-Language Pathologist Salary: $65-$70 per hour
Position 1:
- Grades PreK-3
- Starts ASAP until 6/19/26
- 3 days per week (Flexible on which days)
- Hours: 9:00am-4:00pm (half hour break, up to 6.5 billable hours/day)
- For additional support/coverage needed for services and is anticipated needed through the end of the school year
Position 2:
- Grades 6-8 and Grades 4-5
- Start date 12/3/25 until approximately 1/30/26 (or early-mid February)
- Monday-Friday, 5 days per week (will take split between two speech providers)
- Hours: 8:00am-3:00pm (half hour break, up to 6.5 billable hours/day
Position 3:
- Speech therapy in-home services for EHT 1st grade student
- Part-Time (6x monthly for 20 minutes each)
- Start date ASAP
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- School Certification in New Jersey
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
- Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
- Providing push-in support in classrooms
- Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
- Providing continued support for studentsâ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
- Developing and implementing IEPs
- Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
