SLP - Pedi & Adult needed asap
Types of certs or credentials: pediatric and adult focuses
BLS (AHA only) & MN PT License required.
New grads welcome to apply (2 years experience preferred).
2-day orientation.
Patient Care Modality: Inpatient and Outpatient floating between Hospital and LTC "Care Center" on as needed basis.
EMR: Meditech.
Attire: closed-toed shoes/tennis shoes, no hanging jewelry & nail polish ok. North Shore Health is a rural health facility located in Grand Marais, Minnesota. This organization includes: *37-bed skilled nursing facility (LTC) *16-bed critical access hospital *Home health agency *Ambulance service *A variety of diagnostic and therapeutic services

Speech/Language Pathologist, Pedi
Licenses: SLP-MN
Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed)
OR
Speech/Language Pathologist, Acute
SSN Required
DOB Required
