Pay Rate: $1905.65 - $2195.64



SLP -rehab needed aSAP
ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID VACCINATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
• Current Hawaii State license as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Current American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) certification.
• Current certification in CPR at BLS/HCP level.
• Completion of a FEES (Flexible Endoscopic Evaluation of Swallow) course.
2 yrs experience in an acute care hospital, or rehabilitation center, or outpatient practice.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Prior FEES clinical experience and MBS ImP.
Experience with adult swallowing, communication, and cognitive evaluation and treatment.
Proof of current COVID-19 and INFLUENZA vaccinations required
