You will also educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication and swallowing functions, and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatments.
Required qualifications include a current Speech-Language Pathologist license in Florida and experience in a skilled nursing facility setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential, as you will be working with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is recommended.
