Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

As part of our mission to pave the way for children’s success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for school students. These positions start ASAP and are for the current school year.

Position 1:

  • Full-Time
  • $49.60 - $53 per hour
  • Elementary school students (PK-5th grade)
  • 40 hour/week with time built into the schedule for paperwork (no duty assignments)
  • Approximately 60-65 student caseload
  • Serves range of general education students needing speech/language therapy as well as 1-2 self-contained special education classes and 1 special education PK class

Position 2:

  • Full-Time
  • $49.60 - $53 per hour
  • Will likely be itinerant and likely be elementary (will be utilized to balance caseload hours for SLPs who are currently full time)
  • 40 hour/week with time built into the schedule for paperwork (no duty assignments)
  • Approximately 60-65 student caseload

Position 3:

  • Full-Time or Part-Time
  • $50-$52 per hour

Position 4:

  • Full-Time
  • From August 1, 2025 to November 2025
  • $45-$50 per hour

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

  • Licensure as Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Florida
  • School Certification in the state of Florida
  • Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
  • Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

  • Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
  • Providing push-in support in classrooms
  • Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
  • Providing continued support for students’ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing IEPs
  • Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
