Therapy Source is currently seeking collaborative, professional Speech-Language Pathologists (CF or CCC-SLP) for maternity leave coverage in Milton, FL. These in-person school roles are ideal for clinicians who work well within a team and can step into an established service model, supporting students across either Pre-K–2 or 3rd–5th grade.

Setting: In-person, school-based
Schedule: Part-time options available (2 days/week or 4 days/week)

  • Option A (Upper Elementary): 4 days/week | ~30 hrs/week | 7:20 AM–2:50 PM | Grades 3–5

  • Option B (Early Elementary): 2 days/week | ~15 hrs/week | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM | Grades Pre-K–2
    Term: Remainder of the current school year (maternity leave coverage)
    Pay Range: $37.00–$50.00 per hour
    Openings: 2 part-time providers total (one per schedule option)

Position Overview

We’re seeking collaborative, professional Speech-Language Pathologists (CF or CCC-SLP) for 1099 contract maternity leave coverage in Milton, FL. These in-person school roles are ideal for clinicians who work well within a team and can step into an established service model, supporting students across either Pre-K–2 or 3rd–5th grade.

Key Responsibilities

Caseload & Service Delivery

  • Provide targeted speech-language therapy aligned to student needs, including language disorders, articulation, fluency, and social-pragmatic skills (as appropriate to grade level).

  • Support students within either the PK–2 population (developmental language delays, early articulation, foundational communication) or the 3–5 population (upper-elementary language, articulation, fluency, and pragmatic needs).

Collaboration

  • Upper Elementary (3–5): Partner closely with another part-time CCC-SLP (also 4 days/week) to split and manage a shared caseload, ensuring consistent progress monitoring and seamless coverage.

  • Early Elementary (PK–2): Collaborate with two on-site full-time SLPs to coordinate services, share resources, and maintain continuity within the speech program.

IEPs, Documentation, and Compliance

  • Participate in IEP meetings as needed; contribute to data-driven goals and compliant documentation.

  • Maintain accurate progress notes and required service documentation.

  • Follow established school protocols and workflows to ensure smooth continuity for students and staff.

Consultation & Educational Support

  • Consult with teachers and staff to support carryover of speech/language goals into classroom instruction and daily routines.

Qualifications Required

  • Florida state SLP license (or eligibility, as applicable for CF)

  • School certification

  • Up-to-date clearances (or willingness to obtain)

  • Individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
