AMN Healthcare is partnering with a school district in Colorado to provide speech and language services for its students for the second semester of the 25/26 school year.

The district will also consider a virtual SLP in a part-time capacity. In this remote position, you will provide expert supervision to an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA), ensuring high-quality in-person therapy delivery. Your role will encompass administering virtual speech and language assessments, attending IEP meetings, and composing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) alongside other necessary reports.

Due to delayed licensing times through the department of Education, the district prefers candidates that already have their CDE SSP license in hand.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School, Teletherapy
References: 1 Reference in entire work history

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
State SLP License in State of Residence
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)



Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
