REQUIRED SKILLS: Facility Setting? LTACH
Will position be required to float to other units? If so, what units? 25 mile radius from Kindred Westminster
Number of beds in your facility? 109
Preferred experience level? Seasoned in Acute care preferably LTACH setting
EMR for your facility: Protouch
Scrub colors / dress code: Navy Blue Scrubs
Parking Location: around the hospital perimeter

Speech/Language Pathologist, Long Term Acute Care
Experience: 1 year
SLP-CA
Certifications: BLS(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
