Join our dedicated team as a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist in the vibrant city of San Jose, California. In this role, you'll work within a supportive and collaborative educational environment, focusing on K-8 grade speech therapy. Expect a typical shift of 7.5 hours, with 37.5 hours per week, handling a caseload of 55 students. Your expertise will be vital in providing comprehensive therapy, facilitating student assessments, and managing individual education plans (IEPs). With the need to travel across two schools, this role promises both variety and impact.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School

Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
State License is Required to Start the Assignment



Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
