Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School - (SLP - School)

Available Shifts: 7.5 D
Pay Rate: $2979.00 - $3069.00
This exciting opportunity is located in Palm Springs, California, a vibrant, sun-drenched city celebrated for its stunning desert landscapes, mid-century modern architecture, and a booming arts scene. As a Travel Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with PreK-5th grade students in a collaborative educational environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assessing students, providing direct therapy, preparing reports, and participating in IEP meetings. Though guaranteed work is Monday through Friday, school holidays and closures will be non-working days. The student caseload is approximately 55, allowing for a focused and personalized approach to each child’s needs.

Required Qualifications
Speech/Language Pathologist, School
Licenses: SLP-CA
Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or Related Field
State SLP License in State of Residence
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in a School Setting, Early Childhood, or Pediatrics
Strong Knowledge of Speech and Language Development, Assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student records in compliance with federal and state regulations
