You'll be part of a dedicated team committed to providing top-quality home health care that enhances patients' quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Concord home health care services cater to diverse needs, ensuring compassionate and tailored care for every individual.
This position operates Monday through Friday, with expected working hours totaling 36 to 40 hours per week. Enjoy the flexibility of weekdays and the autonomy that comes with working in home health care, all while engaging with the welcoming communities of Tri Valley, including Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, and Walnut Creek.
