Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to children and teens ages 1–18
- Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions during evening and weekend hours
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR technology
- Communicate progress and recommendations with parents/guardians
- Contribute to building and growing the new therapy program
Requirements
- Current Arizona State Speech-Language Pathology License
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuing professional development
- Multiple years of clinical experience with pediatric and adolescent populations
- Proficiency with EMR systems (Fusion or similar platforms)
- Passion for working with children, teens, and families
- Ability to work independently and support program development
- Availability for evenings and weekends
